Crema's Take

The staff at Annie's genuinely cares about making your visit feel personal—expect multiple check-ins and servers who remember regulars—which turns a straightforward breakfast spot into somewhere you'll actually want to return. The food is solid diner fare with generous portions and consistently hot plates, though the glossy hospital-green walls suggest the bones of the space could use some attention. If you're in Cottonwood craving reliable eggs and gravy served with real warmth, this is worth your time.

What to expect

Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

Natalie was our waitress & she was very nice. Becky was nice too. Everyone works very hard here. Very impressed. The food was great as well.

Great spot for an excellent breakfast. The server was very friendly and attentive. Check back with us multiple times to make sure we were all set. The food came out promptly and was still hot and the biscuits and gravy were absolutely delicious.

Food was great! Server was polite but not very friendly. Atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired! It has great potential but being painted a glossy hospital green was not a pleasant sight. I probably will not return because it is so uninviting.

It was our first time here. It was recommended by our hotel. I got chicken fried steak and eggs. My wife got an opened faced egg white and spinach sandwich. Both were good. Big servings. The gravy was a bit sweet but still good. The wheat bread they use was thick. Crunchy on…
