Amazing atmosphere. Best coffee in town. Has vegetarian options. Is pet friendly. Service was really great. Would highly recommend 10/10!!⭐️

I only ordered coffee, espresso, but from walking in door, I felt like a valued customer, More than just valued profit. The woman working as the barista could have been Filomena or not, if there is a real Filomena, but she was very kind, and fast wanting to understand exactly how I took my espresso. The quality of the coffee was top notch. I will definitely will return, I saw wonderful croissants and other baked goods, ontop of lunch offerings. They are on the bottom floor of an office building so it is not difficult to run a real quick and purchase from them,they are conveniently located just west of I95 on cypress creek. Very nice indoor setting and nice outdoor seating area.

Such a bright and happy place. When I walked in I saw a table filled with pastries and wondered if it was "free pastry day". They told me that it was for the office workers upstairs, which is really nice. I ordered a medium latte and failed to mention that I was sticking around and when it came in a to go cup they grabbed it back and remade it for me in a regular cup. They have great customer service. As for the mocha latte itself, the coffee had a strong flavor profile, but the Monin chocolate balanced it nicely. Overall a very enjoyable mocha. They do live music events from time to time which is a nice touch. They sell pastries, and soda, water, and juices as well as some wines. There is also a menu with choices ranging from breakfast to sandwiches and salads. There is pretty much something for everyone here no matter the time of day.

First time customer. Had an amazing experience! Immediately felt like I knew the owner after she took my order. Very kind and very helpful! Coffee was spot on and the two pastries I had were delicious.

This spot opened in my building a few months ago. I have tried the breakfast croissant with bacon egg and cheese, the danish, pan de bono. The white chocolate latte is great. The lady’s are always very pleasant and friendly.
