Crema's Take

Springly is a welcoming neighborhood spot in Fresno where thoughtful service and genuine hospitality shine through—the staff goes out of their way to make first-timers feel at home with personalized recommendations and unexpected gestures of goodwill. While they excel at both traditional and specialty drinks, diabetic and sugar-conscious customers should note that sugar-free options are limited, so you'll want to chat with the friendly team about customization when you visit. The vibe is decidedly family-friendly and relaxed, perfect for lingering over a meal and coffee without feeling rushed.

The asian review youre loooking for. They forgot my chicken nuggets and fries when i got home but they completely made it up unexpectedly which I won't disclose how. Let's just say this will be my go to place for my asian cravings and thats saying alot from a hmong person lmao also, they use chicken pate and not pig liver which i appreciate! I dont eat pork at all so I love this. Drinks are great and the the to go bag is super cute when they could have just cheaped out and got a 10 cent bag......worth every dollar spent here. Shout out to Natalia!!! MVP to my order, my little sister and my mom are super happy thanks to you . Ok update 2 weeks later. I had to knock down 2 stars. Came back and ordered the same thing. Chicken teriyaki bahnmi and spring rolls. I must have gotten lucky the first time I came here and ordered the sandwich and hyped it up for my daughter to try. I got a completely different sandwich. The first time I got it was actual charred and BBQ tasting, TENDER im pretty sure was thigh meat. Then I get it again its boiled chicken Breast. I bit into the sandwich and water came gushed out of the chicken. Not to mention I had to go BACK to the restaurant to have it remade because the bread was completely soaked in liquid I couldn't even pick it up without it falling apart. Probably from the chicken. Soggy and sad. They remade it and it was better looking, but bland as hell. Spring rolls looked different as well, oddly shaped and shorter. It had things in there my first time ordering didnt which I wish it did. The food is not consistent, but if this is what youre putting out then I cant say ill recommend this place. Great 100/10 customer service, I love the team 👏. Food needs alot of improvement.

First time visiting, and the food was quite good, arriving quickly with the right temperature and flavor. However, they should inform customers about the option to order no-sugar drinks, as the iced tea I ordered was too sweet, forcing me to add more water. If I had known, I would have ordered it without sweetener so I could adjust it myself. Aside from that, the place is somewhat small and crowded, which might make finding a seat challenging.

I have been here at least 3 times before today. No sugar-free options besides just opting-out of sweetners. If you are diabetic, just prepare for something stronger/bitter for your drink choice. Honestly, I did enjoy my unsweetened coffee. It was fine and I could finish it. No burnt or unsavory taste. Food has been a tasty bite in the past. My friend liked but not loved the eggrolls. I tried the pineapple prawn roll, but it was okay. I don't care for their peanut sauce, but I have yet to try their other dipping sauces! They have a seasonal menu so that is nice to see a variety of flavors.

Stopped in and got the Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl (lunch) and it was good! Except... So, the chicken is way over cooked. It has that texture, rubbery chew to it which is never good. What saved it was the rice (just right IMO) and the "teriyaki sauce" is good. Reminds of what you get as the dipping sauce for tempura shrimp/vegetables. It's not a traditional teriyaki sauce, which is fine with me. Their matchas are one of my favorites. Very good, full of flavor. All in all: Friendly service, good atmosphere, along with a nice menu. Would definitely go back.

Such a cute place! The service was so good. The cashier had such a sweet personality and was extremely helpful being this was our first time going. She gave great recommendations. We ordered a banana creme latte and a strawberries and dream smoothie. We also got egg rolls and a rice bowl with grilled chicken with a cilantro lime sauce. Everything was great.
