Crema's Take

Tucked in Coral Gables, this French-inflected café stands out for its creative vegetable juices and smoothies that lean toward the health-conscious side, though the kitchen struggles with consistency on pastries and prepared foods. The vibe is decidedly leisurely and social—expect to settle in, but also expect slower service and a bustling atmosphere where they'll call out names across the room. If you're stopping by for a specialty juice like their signature "Kiss of the Forest" and maybe a crepe, you'll likely leave satisfied, but ordering hot sandwiches or quiches here feels like a gamble.

Horrible food. Bland, soggy. We got the spinach quiche and empanada. Empanada was edible, but we had to throw the quiche into the trash. Would not recommend

I ordered a panini with mozzarella and chicken. The chicken was old and dry, and there was barely any mozzarella at all. Everything was dry overall. I also had to clean the table where I sat down, and the service at the register was poor as well.

Food was okay. They had a lot of people so its understandable (although not convenient) that a sandwich and smoothie took 20+ minutes to come out. During the wait, they yell out names which makes it a pretty hectic environment. Food bad hair on the bottom :(. Maybe consider using hair nets to avoid this please

The ‘kiss of the forest’ juice was good, but I mostly tasted the beet. The crepes were also good. The place is not bad.

Oui! D'accord! C'est Bon! It IS good. Really cool cafe with a twist in that it's got a large assortment of fresh vegetable juices/smoothies for those who are more health conscious than the more decadent baked in house treats. Imad, the manager greeted me with a hearty, hospitable greeting not usually encountered around these parts lol. Really cool location on the second floor of Merrick Park. Chicken Empanada coulda used a lil more seasoning. Very cool place well worth visiting!
