Crema's Take
“Tucked inside Miller's Market food hall, Saigon Snow serves up Vietnamese-inspired shaved ice desserts that feel like a celebration in a bowl, with vibrant flavors like ube, pandan, and mango paired with fresh fruits and delicate green cake. While experiences vary with the team, the creative specialty drinks and smoothies made with fresh ingredients shine brightest, especially for those seeking something uniquely refreshing after a meal of banh mi or summer rolls. The colorful, Instagram-worthy presentations and family-friendly vibe make it worth seeking out for a memorable dessert stop that goes well beyond typical coffee shop fare.”

Ice cream tastes decent but customer service was incredibly rude, the guy wearing glasses was not being helpful at all and was acting condescending thought the entire interaction. I understand he was working by himself but we felt we were bothering him and this is the second time this has happened.
This was such a unique and delicious dessert! Worth the drive. So yummy!! We had the ube snow, with mango and litchees. Not too sweet and so complex! A great treat after the summer roll and bahn me at Mill’s Market!
I love their smoothies because they use fresh ingredients, and the service is always friendly and kind. If you want a more filling smoothie, go for the honey avocado. If you prefer something sweeter, the coco mango is a great choice. I still need to try the other flavors, since they have a good variety to offer. I’ve also had the ube snow before, and it’s definitely large enough to share with someone as a refreshing treat. The parking lot can be full at times but during the week midday can be less busy.
I personally wasn’t a big fan of the shaved ice concept, but my wife and daughter really enjoyed it. The presentation was beautiful and colorful. On top of that, the staff was super kind and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant. Even though it’s not exactly my style, I can see why it’s a hit for others.
Step inside Miller's Market food hall for all kinds of goodies. Saigon Snow offers 4 fun flavors" mango, ube, pandan and strawberry with 2 optional fruits. The serving includes green cake with crumbles, rainbow mochi and topped with whipped cream. Pandan - 7/10 Sweet and earthy as expected. I prefer less sweet, but it was refreshing in the 100+ temps that day. Ube - 8/10 The right amount of flavor without the sweetness being too overpowering. Logon - 9/10 Like a small lychee and delish with the ube Pink pineapple - 9/10 so so so good. Unique pineapple-ish flavor that was such a fun first experience. Great with the Ube. Coconut - perfect with both flavors! Serving Size - large enough for 2, but small enough for a foodie 🙂 Presentation - beautifully embellished with the add-ons in a cute logo cup and umbrella Market - lots of seating for all the patrons of the other food vendors in there. Buns ga-lore! Only $5 each. Chocolate is wonderful pop of dark chocolate Ube is very mild flavor, but typical for this bread Taro Strawberry Mochi Parking - a bit tight in the adjoining lot, but street parking is plenty inside a 1 block radius. Don't forget to tap that ❤️ at the bottom and follow me for more dinning dets in the 321/407!
