New Grounds Coffee House - Hilliard

Coffee was not great, definitely not as good as it used it be. Person at register was quite rude and sounded irritated to be there. We were also given the wrong drinks - all three of them, even though we were the only ones in the drive through. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience and am not sure if I'd like to return. I really did like this place, but it seems quality and customer service are lacking.

I got a fresh coffee here today with some sugar free English Toffee syrup and it was very fresh and good. The lady's working here are kind and pleasant to speak with, so just what you would like on an early morning coffee run.

We go here pretty much 1-2 times a week. Unfortunately the last two times our order hasn’t had any caramel in our drinks and our drinks have tasted straight like milk. Which is a bummer. Staff around 1030am today just wasn’t on their game at all. Granted it was busy and they probably needed more on staff but if it continues will have to go elsewhere. Hopefully things turn around. Overall it’s a very cute shop and the staff is super super nice. Even in rushes, still need to slow down a bit and get all ingredients in to create your craft!

This is a favorite local coffee shop in Hilliard offering a relaxed atmosphere with several tables, different style chairs, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Service is friendly and the restroom is clean. It’s gets very busy early in the morning and in the afternoon after school. When my son visits from Chicago he typically chooses this shop for us to have breakfast before he departs. There’s just something wonderful about a warm cup of fresh coffee, good conversation, and a friendly face behind the counter. The owner runs a shop in West Jefferson that is equally good!

Love coming here when I come up from dayton to visit my once neighbor who now lives few blocks away from this delicious coffee shop I have to stop. I recommend coming if your in the area or live here & never tried it. The have things to by from the locals too!
