Midnight Cookie
600 Pine St, Seattle, WA
Crema's Take
“Midnight Cookie is your late-night Seattle spot for gooey, house-made cookies paired with surprisingly excellent espresso drinks—think lavender-infused cappuccinos that punch above their weight. Open until 1 AM, it's the perfect post-dinner destination when you're craving something creative, and their warm cookies and milk alternative options make it feel genuinely welcoming rather than just a quick grab. Just note that consistency with both pastries and service can be a bit uneven, so you might get magic or mediocrity depending on when you swing by.”

Cookies were not great and staff member was pretty much indifferent when we ordered a box of cookies. As my family and I were standing there waiting to order, staff member was on their phone and didn't acknowledge us until I said something. Cookies were meh. Flavor was just okay and dry. Maybe because it was the evening but definitely didn't seem like they were baked that day. Honestly, I make better cookies at home.
Went last night for a late night treat after dinner! We got a 6 cookie box as well as a hot chocolate and everything was pretty good! Loved that they had milk alternatives for the hot chocolate. The person working was super nice & patient :)
1 cookie is $3, 6 pack is $17. Well worth it. I got the Coconut Chocolate Caramel cookie and they are absolutely cracked, gooey, and perfect. Service was quick and the cookies were warm upon ordering.
Stopped by Midnight Cookie Co. at Pacific Place to grab a coffee and ended up having one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever tasted. I tried it with lavender syrup, and it was absolutely out of this world - smooth, flavorful, and not overpowering at all. Their menu also has cookies, ice cream, and other beverages, so there’s plenty to choose from. Didn’t get cookies this time, but if they’re anything like the coffee, I’ll definitely be back to try them. The service was quick, making it a perfect spot to grab a coffee or treat while shopping at the mall. Note: They are located on the ground floor next to the elevators.
The Midnight Cookie Company offers a service inherent within the name - a cookie any time, all the time. At least until 1 am, of course. This adorable cookie shop has an array of cookies with standard coffee fares, which will delight anyone, especially when considering their affordable pricing. Standout decorations included their trivia board which, if guessed correctly, one can win a cookie. Furthermore, their cat and dog wall is a delight to admire while munching on a delicate yet well-balanced cookie. While many may say the superior Seattle cookie shop is Hello Robin, I may side with Might Cookie Company. I will be returning.
