Crema's Take

Crieve Hall Bagel is a genuine neighborhood gem that's earning serious bagel credentials with naturally fermented sourdough varieties and creative flavor combinations that have devoted fans comparing them favorably to NYC originals. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and quick-but-unhurried vibe make it equally perfect for grabbing coffee and a bagel on your way out or lingering over pastries and conversation with friends. With excellent coffee, thoughtful food, and the kind of consistent quality that keeps people coming back, this is the kind of local spot that makes a community feel like home.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. Hands down my favorite bagels anywhere! I’m a HUGE bagel girl and try them in every city I travel to and I couldn’t be happier these are just 15 min away! New weekend tradition with our new son is to grab our favorite bagels. We even had them cater our wedding brunch - they are this good. The owners couldn’t be more down to earth! Also stocked up with 3 dozen before I gave birth and froze them. They were my nursing fuel - lifesavers. Highly recommend them for bagels, bfast sandos, coffee, matcha, pastries etc. Love you guys!! Come to Green Hills next ;)

Thin bagels with minimal flavor. We got a bacon, egg, and cheese and built one of our own. On the bacon, egg, and cheese we added a hasbrown which was overcooked. The egg seemed to just be a frozen one - not good. Bacon contributed very little to either bagel. Much better bagel places exist around Nashville, and even if this was the only option, I wouldn't come back.

The atmosphere was great, service was amazing and the food was out of this world! We loved it so much we visited the second location in Inglewood! We had the big boi on a rosemary bagel and a baklava latte!!! We got sandwiches for our ride home and bagels to bring home and share with loved ones!! We will definitely be back next time we visit Nashville!! We need one in Greenville, SC, I have been dreaming about it since we got back!

This neighborhood bagel shop is the real deal. The bagels are naturally fermented (sourdough), with incredible texture and flavor—plus tons of creative varieties to choose from. The coffee is excellent too. It’s a little tucked away, one of those “you have to know it’s there” kind of spots, but absolutely worth the drive. The place gives off a true around-the-corner neighborhood vibe. If you love good food made right, make this spot a priority.

This is an incredibly delicious bagel for being so far away from NYC. The crust isn't quite as chewy and they are a bit smaller than what you'd expect, but are very delicious. I had the rosemary bagel with possibly the best vegan sausage and vegan plain schmear I've experienced eating out. While the flavor and textures were near perfect, you do pay a hefty tax for having an allergy to dairy or caring about animals/environment. The tax is even more substantial if you buy a latte or cortado. It's a flat $1 tax on oat or almond milk, even for 3oz. The hack I found is ordering an iced espresso or iced coffee and using the oat milk at the sugar/cream station to make your own. While I know the practice is still common, it's discouraging to see Starbucks as a more welcoming space for vegans and communities who don't digest cow's milk. The irony of a pitcher of free oat milk at the sugar/cream station shows it's not about price differences. I'm sure some flavors and supplies for different bagels have different costs for the business, but they are the same price. Anyway, aside from the vegan tax, their bagels are delicious.
