Crema's Take

Cafe Fresco is a welcoming spot in Camp Hill where craft cocktails and creative cuisine coexist beautifully, with bartenders who nail their martinis and a kitchen that handles everything from perfectly seared ahi tuna to tender brisket sandwiches. The vibe strikes that rare balance between sophisticated enough for a special dinner and comfortable enough to linger over coffee with a friend, backed by consistently attentive service that keeps locals coming back. Whether you're arriving early for a specialty drink or settling in for an unhurried meal, this place delivers the kind of polished but unpretentious experience that makes it a genuine neighborhood gem.

My wife got a grilled chicken sandwich on a ciabatta roll and it was fantastic. I got the brisket sandwich and the meat was cooked to perfection but needed a little more flavor. Had to put barbecue sauce on it.

Great ambiance, food is always delicious, and service is always great! If you like Martini’s, theirs are delish! They’ve changed their menu to offer different lunch and dinner options. Both are good! We have not tried breakfast. The Pad Thai and Cashew Chicken & Broccoli are both delicious!! PLEASE bring back the Pan Seared Crabcake with potatoes, bacon, edamame, corn, etc. It was the BEST!

A local friend was recommended this place as I was staying at the Hilton, only 5 minutes walk. It wasn't a disappointment at all. I had Sesame Crust Ahi Tuna, it was just perfect. The fish were so tender and juicy, pity the butternut squash wasn't a lot. It was so smooth and delicious, I can easily eat triple that size. I choose Apple Cobbler as dessert. It was yummy, not too sweet. The cold ice cream balances the hot apples. I'll definitely come back when I'm in town again.

We consistently have an incredible dining experience here. Everything is top-notch, from the attentive bar service to the friendly and professional wait staff. The food is nothing short of amazing—creative, flavorful, and always beautifully presented. The chef does a fantastic job of keeping the menu fresh, and the daily specials are always inventive and exciting. This spot is perfect for any special occasion or even just a casual night out. Highly recommended!
