Guillermo's Gourmet Coffee
10700 N Rodney Parham Rd A2, Little Rock, AR
Crema's Take
“Guillermo's is a roastery-backed coffee shop where owner James and his team create distinctive drinks that go beyond the usual espresso menu—think creative signatures like the Myrtle Beach (a surprisingly refreshing Dr Pepper collaboration) alongside expertly pulled shots and smooth cold brew. The space has earned its reputation as a genuine gathering spot where staff genuinely care about getting your order right, whether you're a local regular or stopping by during a tough day for a restorative chai and some warmth, though quality can be inconsistent depending on who's behind the bar.”

In from out of town for a stay at the children's hospital, needed the best chai in town and a cozy landing spot on my break, and Guillermo's delivered. James the owner and Nick greeted me with kindest energy, warm conversation and a top off on my in-house chai, which was much needed. Felt like natural friends. They called customers by name and interacted in such a genuine way. Great menu. Variety of yummy looking pastries The chai I ordered to go was still hot when I returned to the hospital after errands. Happy to have this as my now go to spot when in town. Fantastic people!
Quite appalling cortado. The coffee tastes burnt, the cortado is x2 too large at least, the froathed milk is watery. Zero texture. I was excited because they’re a coffee roaster, but they didn’t even check a single one of my boxes. And overpriced at that.
Delicious coffee! The staff are friendly, helpful, and experienced. They went out of their to ensure that we had everything we could want out of our orders. Fast, fresh, and accurate. Highly recommend!
Cubano was quite good. The best iced coffee I’ve had in some time. Cheese danish. Good not great. Chocolate croissant same. Store bought? Likely. Empanadas were great. Beef and spinach I would recommend. My only issue with all that was a $40 tab. Gheez. With tip but still. I’ll be back though. Iced coffee. So good
We’ve been here multiple times. It’s a great alternative to the regular run of the mill coffee shops. I had the summer drink, Myrtle Beach (with Dr Pepper) so good and refreshing! Tom got a cold brew and a blueberry pop tart. All very good. It was very hot in here but it’s like 95 outside so that’s going to be a thing plus they roast their own beans in house so that probably factors in.
