Donut Friend - Highland Park

truly, no better donut can be found! i’ve been going to donut friend in highland park since they opened, and it’s still my go-to whenever a donut craving hits. the maple old fashioned has always been my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the unique and delicious flavors they create. this spot is a great place to bring family and friends too - they always love it

I really liked the chocolate old fashioned donut I got. No complaints other than the total coming out to over $5. I think that was a little too expensive to be paying for a single donut that is only a chocolate old fashioned.

Delicious donut shop in highland park. The strawberry sprinkle was a deep strawberry flavor and the donuts are very fluffy and fresh. The icing was a bit too sweet for my liking but they are donuts after all! Service was exceptional! Would totally be back to try new flavours.

I’m adjusting to being dairy-free and thought I’d treat myself for my birthday. I’d heard about this place with vegan donuts and decided it was worth the trek. When I walked in, I almost thought it was all for nothing — the donuts looked way too good to be vegan! But a kind staff member reassured me that everything was 100% vegan and helped me pick out a box of four. Each one was absolutely delicious. This place is a gem, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making my birthday sweet and dairy-free!

Loved the strawberry lab donut! The donuts are so delicious and this location also has a few ice cream flavors too. It’s all vegan but you would never be able to tell… At least I couldn’t :)
