The Lab Coffee - Heights

I always have a good experience at The Lab. Espresso is always excellent, staff at this location in particular is fun, friendly, and conversational. They seem to really enjoy what they're doing. Empanadas are excellent too - and everything comes out pretty quick. And pricing doesn't feel egregious. This location and the one in West Tampa are probably my top espresso destinations in Tampa - LOVE! :)

I am a bagel baker, and as I travel around the world I try and find the l best bagels I can in each city, so I can make my recommendations whenever people inevitably ask. This place has just taken the spot on the top of that list. I am not kidding when I say their everything bagel is a 10/10. The black sesame on it is everything. The vibe is very low stakes and authentic. They are really leaning into their staff to create the atmosphere and it's very refreshing. I dontbwant to miss the coffee, real espresso pulled from a La Marzocco and house roasted beans. Is the cherry on top of the cupcake.

This place is an 11 out of 10 across the board. The staff was so friendly, the vibe is perfect and the coffee & food are sooo good I went last Saturday and I’m still thinking about it. We got the iced cafe con leche, the breakfast burrito and the jalapeño cheddar bagel everything is made from scratch and absolutely delicious! The bagels were so good I had to get some to bring home. Keep in mind they don’t accept cash - but I can’t wait to go back

Quick service, tasty food, plus a picture of Cloud Strife on the wall. Y'all just got a fan! Steak empanada was excellent with the salsa Verde. Keep up the good work!

Cool vibes. Tried the jalapeños bagel with smear. Very delicious. The lemon pound cake is also good.
