Crema's Take

Nestled in quiet Creswell, this espresso-focused bistro has earned its 4.7 stars by mastering the art of slowness—a deliberate antidote to Eugene's bustle where you can linger over carefully crafted specialty drinks and standout pastries like their beloved strawberry-blueberry crepes. The warm, family-friendly vibe draws regulars for full breakfasts and paninis, with fresh-cut flowers and genuinely sweet staff making every visit feel like a thoughtful escape rather than a caffeine transaction.

Came here on a Monday morning for breakfast. Amazing food and service. We ordered Turkey Pesto Panini and strawberry/bluberry crepe. Both were delicious! Highly recommend!!

Wasn't the greatest first impression unfortunately I ordered my meals to go(bagle and burrito) waited over 45min for it, other people were getting food that had ordered after me. I got my drinks first which was good but had cooled down by the time I got my food, they said they had lost my ticket but they were going to make it right by putting in a rush order and getting a refund but before that happened somehow my food appeared right after. Such a bummer. I'm very picky with matcha 😆 Matcha latte was good they use ceremonial unsweetened matcha (mountain rose I believe is what they said) Burrito was ok could have used more seasoning Veggie bagel was good but avocado wasn't fresh looking had black spots. I'll give it another chance if I'm in town, I do like that they have specialty coffee drinks and matcha something Creswell Bakery lacks unfortunately Nice atmosphere good place to hang out

Frustrated with the bustling metropolis of Eugene we searched for a lunch spot in a small town where we could enjoy a more relaxed pace of life. Husband located Blue Valley Bistro and with just one look at their sandwich pictures had us nodding in agreement. Driving south on I-5 we kept getting multiple giant billboard taunts by another local bakery. We stayed our course and headed here and were rewarded with a delicious lunch. We split a large Turkey Pesto and a large Veggie Hummus panini. We can’t decide between the two which was best. Both equally yummy. Times like this it’s double rewarding to be married - get to try multiple tasty treats in one sitting. Highly recommend this place for lunch. Sure. It’s on a grocery store shopping center, but they did the ambiance just right. Tables outside with decor and inside looked cozy, too. Quirkiness: Women's restroom comes with lots of directions - how to shut the door and how to flush. 😂

We were from out of state and we LOVED this place. Super tasty food, great drinks. Very friendly people. Strawberry crepes were 😍😍👌👌 I also loved the interior. Beautiful fresh cut flowers in vases, plants, paintings, cute jewelry and local honey to buy. Very nice little place, we will miss it.
