Crema's Take
“Alibi claims West Adams' first roastery title, and their creative drinks like the lavender latte and salted caramel latte suggest they've earned bragging rights beyond just history. The space hits that sweet spot between a serious coffee destination and a comfortable third place—clean, well-designed, with solid wifi and plenty of seating for both quick espresso shots and long work sessions. Fair warning: prices skew higher than casual coffee spots, but regulars rave about both the quality beans and the genuinely warm service.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly spot, good for meetings. Pastries on the menu.

I’ve came here to this nice coffee shop twice now. Both times I’ve visited the employees are very helpful and nice. The place is always clean and gives off a nice vibe. So far I’ve tried their salted caramel cold brew and their pumpkin spice cream latte cold brew. The chocolate…

GREAT! My lavender latte was out of this world and my cinnamon bun was flaky and perfectly buttery! The service was warm and professional, and ambiance chic and clean! Lots of tables to sit inside, a few tables outside, clean bathrooms, and lots of parking. I’ll be returning!
Alibi Coffee is easily one of my favorite spots! If you’re looking for a truly good cup of coffee made with quality beans, this is where you need to go. Their salted caramel latte is unreal—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Nothing I’ve had at the big chains even comes…
