Crema's Take
“This charming general store serves genuinely good coffee alongside thoughtfully curated gifts and surprisingly excellent vegetarian food, making it feel less like a caffeine pit stop and more like a destination worth planning your day around. The interior design is the real draw—beautiful and intentional in every detail—which combined with a park across the street creates the perfect setup for a slow morning or afternoon escape. Staff here actually seem to care, and you'll leave with either a satisfied stomach, a gift you didn't know you needed, or both.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly spot, good for meetings. Pastries and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

See all on Google →Beautiful shop with a good selection of coffee and breakfast/brunch food. The house buns are great! Our coffee however was disappointing. My husband’s espresso was cold (not ordered that way) and my latte was lukewarm at best (ordered as a hot latte).
What a hidden gem! Had a cinnamon roll and cortado - both were delicious. Best of all though was the ambience! Whoever designed the interior of this place needs a raise. Very cozy and rustic; I could’ve hung out here for hours with a good book. Will definitely be visiting again,…

Had a great time here eating something I should not have (Cheese Cake Cinnamon Roll). My wife enjoyed a coffee, and we picked up a great great for the kids. Staff was awesome and helpful. If you're in the area, check this place out!!!
Coffee is good. It's a nice place to sit and relax with a coffee and snack before or after you take a nice little walk in the park across the street. There are a lot of unique gift items in the shop.
We stumbled across this amazing spot during a family meet-up in Lansing. The interior of the store is to-die-for. So beautifully designed and you can tell all the products are thoughtful selected. Our family of 10 bought everything from MoonPies to a fly fishing book to local…
