LOOOVE THE LEVEL 8 MATCHA ICE-CREAM!!! I come here almost every week since the shop is open.
You can sample the matcha before buying. I got the Level 2 and 4. Level 4 was too 'matcha' for my liking, but great nonetheless. I thought Level 2 was more accessible for *casual* matcha lovers. I'd get Level 2 and 3 next time!

Probably would come back more for the ice cream rather than the drinks. Tea tasted more like loose leaf green tea rather than a drink made with matcha powder.
I went there this morning, and the ordering process went smoothly. A blonde Asian girl warmly greeted me, explained the menu, and professionally took my order. During the ordering process, I saw a customer take something from behind the counter without permission, which seemed inappropriate and is likely the reason for the situation I described today. I absolutely loved their grapefruit ice cream; it was absolutely delicious! I'm just sharing what I saw and heard.
