Extremely kind staff and an incredible selection. I love that I could get a bag of freshly ground and coarse grounds for cold brew or French press coffee. I was also shocked that despite the quality being so high, the prices were equal if not lower than the bigger brands. I will definitely be back soon!

I like to support local roasters, specifically I like third wave light roast coffee, my experience with their Ethiopian is far from that. This was one of the most low quality batches I have ever had. Not a tasting note outside of chocolate to be found. Coffee is cheap here but reminds me of Costco beans. Needless to say I’m not coming back, also the store inside is really old dusty and kinda like a garage space? Hasn’t changed in 75 years. Very uninviting.

Just moved back to Baltimore and went to Pfefferkorn's yesterday and met owner Patti who was so friendly. They have a wonderful selection of coffees and ground ours for a French press. I have to say that it's the best coffee that I've ever tasted! We definitely will be back for more and it also makes great gifts for family and friends. The other bonus is supporting a local, fifth generation business.

A wonderful, welcoming family-owned business. Great place to purchase whole-bean and freshly ground coffee. They have an excellent array of freshly roasted coffee beans (see picture attached) from all over the world and have something for everybody. Patti is incredibly knowledgable about coffees and helped me and my partner select the best beans to try for espresso and cold brew. We couldn't have been happier with the choices -- a smooth, decadent espresso with plenty of flavor (but no bitterness!), and a nutty cold brew without acidity -- truly a treat every day of the week when you're schlepping to work! The customer experience can't be beat. I came back to restock, but couldn't remember the names of the coffees we had previously bought. Patti immediately recalled what we had purchased, but then she also double-checked her records -- they keep track of which coffees their customers purchase! I was blown away. If you're in need of a new coffee roaster, look no further and come to Pfefferkorn's!

We stopped by in-person after work and had the pleasure of chatting with the master roaster herself! Patti was so welcoming and had answers for our every question. Her knowledge and passion for coffee was off the charts. 📈 I was super pleased to find out that the Pfefferkorn team has ways to handle orders outside of business hours. Just give them a call or email them to find out what's been roasted that week (or even that day) and they'll guide you on pick-up afterhours. In addition to their variety of beans, the pricing is AMAZING in comparison to other options in the area. Ask for the neighbor discount if you're a local & they'll hook you up. 🏠💕 I'm so thrilled to have such an awesome roastery nearby. If you love flavourful coffee, Pfefferkorn's is a must try. 💯👌
