Phenomenal place to buy coffee to brew at home. Easily one of the best coffees I’ve had, much less made, in my life. I bought the Nicaraguan blend 20min ago and brewed it as a V60 immediately at home. Balanced, complex, but well blended cup. Absolutely delicious. Prices are an absolute steal for the passion and sourcing/roasting competence you get in your cup. I’m devastated my cup is now empty. Mercifully, I had the foresight to buy three bags.

I used to order my coffee from a company out of state. Although the beans were roasted when you ordered, I’d still have to wait almost a week before it would arrive to me. So I love having a local roaster here in town no more lengthy waits. Beans are always fresh and have a fantastic flavor no matter which roast it is. Including the fact they are well priced! If you enjoy making lattes or flavored drinks their syrups and sauces are excellent as well. Amazing customer service. Tierras Planas has been hands down my favorite place to get my coffee.
