The Coffee MUGG

Alright, as a regular reviewer, I recommend the heck out of this coffee shop. Loo Guru, though let's rate the restroom here. Restroom is cute, rather small however (big enough for wheelchair access), odor control is acceptable. Restroom had cute art of Moaning Myrtle from Harry Potter on it, floors were exceptionally clean and the toilet felt sanitary. The water for the sink felt hot. But one small issue I have is that they have a roll of paper towels loose on the sink. Which could cause the roll to fall into the sink. The dispenser should be a priority with paper towel stocking. The restroom sink is a little loose at the base, and it does knock against the wall whenever I press on it and the soap dispenser. That coupled with the loose roll of paper towels (please get a paper towel roll dispenser if y'all are gonna use rolls instead of an actual dispenser so that the roll doesn't fall into the sink), is why my review of this coffee shop is four stars. Honest review of the Loo here, is that I'd recommend using the bathroom here, but be careful with the sink.

Great atmosphere and top tier customer service and attentive. Super cute Harry Potter inspired coffee shop. A must see! The pictures don't do it justice, stop by if ur town.

A wonderful little side quest while in the area. Fun coffee for the adults and yummy desserts for the kids. Lots of Harry Potter Easter eggs to spy while enjoying your purchase. Plenty of parking.

I finally got to visit this new location. Just as great as their old location. I ordered an Americano, my husband ordered their Old English tea (cold), along with two cupcakes and they were amazing. The ambience was still cozy and inviting. We made ourselves comfortable in the corner by the cute little Christmas tree and read for a while. Definitely recommend it if you need a quiet place to work or read! I’m so glad they are much closer to us.

This is a wonderful coffee shop, the theme is wonderful and atmosphere is immersive. I loved looking around for all the little Easter eggs placed from floor to ceiling. The Bellatrix coffee and Golden Snitch food was wonderful!
