Crema's Take

Tucked into the Bellagio's lobby, this elegant bar serves as a sophisticated escape from the casino floor, complete with live piano music that sets an undeniably luxe mood. Their cocktails are expertly crafted and balanced, but the real star is the caviar—whether enjoyed as delicate bites alongside a drink or as part of their afternoon tea service—making it a rare Vegas spot where culinary refinement feels like the point, not the afterthought. It's ideal for a special occasion or lingering date, where people-watching and perfectly made martinis blend seamlessly with an atmosphere that actually rewards your attention.

Petrossian Bar inside the Bellagio Hotel was the most impressive for me 💕 Playing the piano makes the atmosphere good and the cocktail and wine were very delicious! We're visited there twice during stay at Bellagio

One of my top spots for dates is the bar at Petrossian ( @petrossiannyc ) at the Bellagio. I have been here countless times. It still has my favorite dirty martini, the snacks are out of this world, and what’s really cool it’s right next to the conservatory. Ever since moving to Vegas I go down to check it out every time the team switches the installations. I can’t wait to see the new year of the horse!! P.S. I have often wondered why the Bellagio doesn’t host a wine and cheese preview party for locals early validated by ID. When I lived in Manhattan, one of my favorite activities was attending a party by the American Museum of Natural History where the night before the Thanksgiving parade they would be filling up all the balloons on blocked off streets. They’d have drinks, you could chat with your neighbors, it was a blast! One can dream! IG: @petrossiannyc Address: Bellagio

Very delicate caviar. We ordered cocktails and caviar bites and everything was absolutely delicious. The cocktails were very well made and nicely balanced. There was also live piano music.

My best friend and I had reservations here for an afternoon tea. We normally do the afternoon tea service at the Waldorf Astoria's tea lounge but thought we'd branch out, especially since I love caviar. The hostess was friendly, but our server, a middle-aged woman with dark hair, seemed pretty uninterested in us. I thought for sure she'd come around and offer us drinks during our tea, like a cocktail, since bars want to sell alcohol, but she only checked on us once the whole time. She didn't seem particularly friendly or happy to be there. The atmosphere is definitely better at the Waldorf Astoria. Over there, you have beautiful views and a light, airy room with huge windows. At the Petrossian Bar, we were seated inside, and our view was just tourists wandering through the casino lobby. It wasn't bad and was good for people-watching, but it definitely doesn't have an elevated vibe or anything. The teas were tasty, as was the caviar, but the scones and snacks were better at the Waldorf Astoria. The condiments for the scones were set down without explanation, and our server walked away. While I enjoyed the food and tea, I expect a lot more from tea at a high-end hotel like the Bellagio. I'll be sticking to the Waldorf Astoria's afternoon tea from now on. ♥

Best hotel bar in Vegas. Hands down. Great location in the Bellagio lobby, good music from the live piano and some of the best people watching in the whole town. The drinks are boozy and Vegas expensive. This is not a budget venue. The bar snacks and limited bar menu are great. Both the cheese and charcuterie boards are very good. Definitely stop by if you like a good lobby bar.
