A bahn mi dac biet cost $6-8 in my neck of the woods. But great sandwich.

I discovered this place earlier this year and keep coming back because the banh mi are delicious and perfectly portioned, and the staff are so friendly and quick with your orders! My favorite is the special combo (#1) but my husband and I also like the grilled pork and grilled beef. The banh bao steamed buns are also delicious and make for a great snack!

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for about 4 years and took way too long to finally try Annie’s! I was immediately greeted by nice ladies and ordered and served very quickly at 1pm on a weekday. I got a grilled pork Banh Mi & a thai iced tea. Can’t wait to come back and try more items!

Super friendly staff, great decent quality Vietnamese sandwich for ~10 dollars. Picked veggies to add flavor. Not too salty nor bland. Takes around 2-3 minutes for the sandwich to be made. Perfect for grab and go. Very good portion as well, can definitely save half of it for later.
