I had such a lovely experience at this Boba spot. The service was fast and the drink was made to perfection.Gonzalo was the associate that assisted me and his kindness and great customer service made a lasting impression. I will definitely be back.

Workers seemed annoyed at having to provide service. Tea was flavorless. Place was cute but that was all it had to offer. Will not be back.

I ordered the fruit teas during happy hour and they were great! Yeili was super patient and nice in helping me choose which tea flavor I wanted. I only have a few suggestions and this is for the owners if they’re reading this. I’ve been going to all the locations around Miami for this company but for some reason my points don’t transfer from location to location. Seems pointless considering it’s all the same businesses?? I should be able to accumulate my points rather than having one set of points at each individual location. Also one more suggestion to the owners, if you’re gonna be having happy hour why don’t you announce it or advertise it better? Why do some locations have it and others don’t? Fixing these things is what makes customers from coming one time to several times.

Always a great time. It’s been years since I’ve been here but every time I come back home on holiday I like to pass by and still great service. Yeili was amazing and so kind when my family has questions. She was patient and very knowledgeable and super kind. My family will continue to come back!

Delicious milk tea! As a Taiwanese and big milk tea fan this is definitely my favorite spot in Miami. I tried the classic milk tea minus bubbles with honey instead of sugar and it was amazing. The interior is cute and makes for a great place to bring friends. Yeric provided excellent service too!
