Little River Nutrition

Little River Nutrition is hands down the best around. I literally drive from Ocean Isle just to come here—and it’s 100% worth it every time. I constantly dream about their white chocolate pretzel protein shake (no exaggeration… it’s that good). The staff is amazing, the drinks are always consistent, and the fact that they offer bulk orders is a total game changer. You can tell they really care about quality and their customers. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out.

I went for the first time today!! It is beautiful inside and there are a lot of options, the only downside was when I asked for help or what was good or popular the employees never really explained what anything was to me they just stared at me until I ordered lol.. overall my tea bomb was good but customer service could be a little better!

We randomly came across Little River Nutrition while on vacation and decided to give it a try — so glad we did! The atmosphere is super cozy and welcoming, the kind of place you could relax in for hours. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, happily answering all of our questions. My husband and I tried a shake and a frappe, and both were absolutely delicious — flavorful, refreshing, and made with care. This spot was a total highlight of our trip, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Stopped in at Little River Nutrition today and was pleasantly surprised. I had a delicious low cal, high protein drink. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The drink menu is large, I will be back soon to hang out and try more!
