Blue Ridge Coffee

The food is delicious and seems to be made from fresh ingredients (Unlike many coffee shops who sell prepackaged muffins and microwavable snacks). Their coffee is very good (I get coffee not latte etc) but served in airpots and is not always hot.

We stopped by Eggington’s for breakfast and there was a 30 minute wait. We walked across the street to BR Coffee and had a latte, a delicious omelette, sourdough toast and fruit. Mellow atmosphere and friendly service, I would go back!

Best Java spot in WY. All the staff make express point to make everyone feel like family. The place is outstanding clean. Coffee is fabulous and food is equally fantastic. They LOVE us Veterans and say so. Hey Veterans. Do your coffee biz here first and foremost. Selah!!!

I had the croissant club sandwich with the pasta salad as a side. Both were amazing and on point. The gentlemen who took my order was friendly and helpful. He made my drink which was a "Carmel apple buzzer" energy drink. It was amazing beyond my expectations.

Hubby and I love this place, fresh food amazing coffee, the best we both ever had and we lived in Europe and honestly never had better coffee, the smoothie is to live for, the portions are big and fair price, the staff is super nice and served us super quick and very warm food. I was honestly impressed most of places we go to eat in Casper you don’t get something checking all the boxes like that, they care and they care a lot sugar free beverages hot and cold beverages.
