Hella Bubble

High prices for okay drinks. They used to have clover reward when you order online, but now they don’t take online orders. They always say their cashier thing is down to put your number in. It’s very suspicious that they don’t want you to earn points for buying drinks. I don’t trust this place.

Pure takeaway location - no seating inside. The bubble tea tastes hella mid. Boba has no texture. nope

I used to go here often, drinks from what I can remember were good I usually got their passion fruit and green milk tea. I would advise to go in the day the drinks taste better and better service overall. it's safer too in the day, I tried to go around 7:30 to get boba (it was dark already)and a couple of suspicious homeless people were hiding behind the building pillar waiting for customers to come out.

Very good quality tea :) I thought they would have more sitting area but it looks like more of an in and out type of spot:) still great tho! Got the coconut milk tea

Fantastic tasting milk teas, better than The TeaHouse, I find. However, I'm not a big fan of the prices. These are Starbucks prices, but without a drive thru, and the atmosphere. The place is extremely small. You don't even have elbow space, I gather. The parking arrangements are very tricky as well, you're stuck with a one way, I'm afraid.
