Such a random find for us as we were exploring the mall and needed a small pick me up! Cute little cafe sitting in the mall with chill vibes. Highly recommend the black sesame latte and the London fog latte. Both were delicious and smooth. Would definitely come back next time I am in the area. Now for my standard comments. The location is clean and well kept. Small but comfortable indoor seating.

O.Beem is a modern and clean cafe in Koreatown with acess to a nice mall with lots of parking. I've been here several times and usually like the drink I order. I recommend their coffee over the matcha. I found the matcha Einspanner to be quite milky and overly sweet last time. My favorite is the black sesame latte, it's delicious. Their financiers are also a hit, the chocolate flavor is the best. The last time I went the cashier was so friendly and actually brought me my drink, the other ones just leave it for us to pick up.

The young lady with wolfcut who took my order was super cute and friendly! The iced americano with a side of milk was delicious. This cafe is pretty popular with locals.

barista/register tried doing his best accommodating my friend and I, so I understand the limitations. The main issue is the matcha. No actual whisked matcha, it is pre batched and in a squeeze bottle. I wouldn’t have a problem if it wasn’t taking like lemongrass… We asked if we could just have a plain oat milk matcha latte, but it seems that wasn’t possible? The best he said he could do was an oatmilk einspanner, but my friend cannot have dairy.. So he recommended the matcha liquid aforementioned and having that as a latte but it was simply wasnt good. Sesame seed latte was so good, but ended up tasting very rich (which i do like). everything but the matcha drinks here is good basically.

Taking place at Koreatown plaza, you could shoo away the headache for finding parking when you paid a visit. It's located close to one of the entrance, right above H mart. Plenty of seats were available and it wasn't as busy as typical cafe in K-town since many of the guests were actually having them for to-go, or just sit for awhile then leave right after finishing their drinks. IYKYK, most cafes around the area had people hanging for hours, making it tricky to find seats. Like most other coffee shops in this area, they did offer abundant choices of drinks with the signature cream top. It excited me knowing they offered Earl Grey Latte, as I was a HUGE FAN of Earl Grey paired with coffee. Apparently, O Beem's version had the earl grey being the cream top. The default came with oat milk, which I substituted for almond as I wasn't in the same boat with oat milk's fan (no offense!). It was pretty nice, though I would prefer it to be slightly sweeter and would fancy bolder earl grey taste in it. Still worth trying if you're curious, but wouldn't say it beated my current #1 favorite for Earl Grey Coffee, which was from Stagger. To my surprise, I was more hooked by the dessert than the coffee. I went for their Matcha Croffle and that matcha cream, which somehow reminded me of Angelina's Mont Blanc due to the shape, was such delicacy! It was thick and bold, well balanced by the light cream underneath it and blended well with the refreshing raspberry toppings on top of the flaky croffle. Extra point for it being made to order, keeping the croffle at the enjoyable texture.
