Crema's Take

Nezinscot Farm Cafe is a multigenerational family farm that doubles as a gourmet food shop and gathering spot, where you can enjoy housemade breakfast sandwiches and blueberry waffles while browsing local yarn, Maine-made goods, and farm products like raw goat milk and fresh cheeses. The Varneys have cultivated something genuinely special here—a place where families return weekly for both the food and the sense of community, complete with farm dogs and the kind of unhurried atmosphere that makes you want to linger for hours. It's the rare spot where a cup of coffee comes with the warmth of a real working farm and the discovery of thoughtfully curated local makers.

Our whole family is so thankful for the Varneys and their dedication to good food and community. We come in every week specifically for the raw goat milk products that keep our oldest child healthy and growing well, and at the same time we are welcomed each week with such friendliness and generosity and care. Thank you, Varneys! We thought you would enjoy this picture of the moonrise over your land as much as we did 💜 God Bless! -The Conants

My father-in-law brought us here as the first stop on a recent trip to Maine. I could have spent hours looking at yarn. We ordered breakfast, I had delicious blueberry waffles and shared the hash with my partner (SO good!) I ended up buying some cotton pima and buttons (the button selection 😍), and have since completed a cardigan with it. This was a special stop on our trip — I love look forward to returning.

Cute farm with lots of yummy bread, breakfast sandwiches, tea/coffee. Maine made items. Love the upstairs for a great selection of woven wool/yarn, tapestry, knitted/crocheted items. Drove special from VT to visit along our route. Have veggies for sale too. A great find.

An incredible multi generation family farm, with a store and a kitchen, plenty of seating, some irresistible farm dogs, and more. There is soap, hand-dipped taper candles, organic and local wines, breads, meat, cheese, produce, fiber, and just the BEST aesthetic. Truly a gem.

I'm this wonderful farm to table establishment there is fresh meats, cheeses, desserts, veggies and many other things fresh from the farm. You can also order food and eat in our ear outside during summer months. You can also purchase other interesting food items here as well as natural body care products. This is really an interesting & delightful place to come experience. When you are done eating & shopping you can go upstairs to so for her what you need if you're a knitter or crocheter. (Beautiful wools, yarns & mohair- really must see) I love coming here & highly recommend it.
