Hojicha Chai Banana, non-dairy option. YUM! Being a tea snob I questioned the combo, but it’s rewarding to be adventurous!! I ordered to go but the music vibe with songs mixing Japanese and English had me stick around. It’s my first visit at Minnow. Definitely bringing my family and friends over here!

This is the BEST sushi and matcha I've ever had!! For the first time, I did not need to add sauce to flavor my sushi because each roll was curated perfectly. I enjoyed the environment and friendly staff, and especially appreciated eating on the patio. I recommend the red velvet matcha!

This place is amazing!! The sushi is fresh, flavorful and the guys behind the counter really care about making you something you will enjoy. My friend couldn’t decide what roll she wanted and they offered to make her something special. 10/10 recommend! Also ask about their hand rolls - off menu and delicious!!

What a treat! As a matcha lover it’s exciting to find a place with legit matcha and not something that tastes like milk. We got the blackberry matcha with oatmilk and it was delicious. I usually don’t get a flavored matcha so that was fun. Sushi was great, there was only one roll I thought was just okay. Everything was fresh and we were able to make modifications as we are gluten free. The citrus roll with spicy tuna instead of the crab mix was my favorite and so yummy! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Go check this place out! We will definitely be back!

Firstly we didn't realize it was self-serve until we arrived. However the mgr took care of us at our table, including our bar drinks. Every item we ordered was fresh and prepared beautifully. We had nothing but high praise for our food. Including the special of Bluefin Nigiri. But just be prepared it's not a place to sit and relax indoors, initially because you are responsible to get your own food and go up to the bar.
