I used to love this place but these past few months it got different. I went the other day they are out of so much. Its annoying, the girls are very nice and I love the drinks they recommend me, but I find it quite aggravating and unsafe when I have my children with me when theres a random guy just laying on the couch and workers who seem off duty just hanging out. This place has gone down hill I never was the type of person to speak out about these franchise businesses but it has made me not wanna go anymore.

This used to be my go-to bubble tea shop, but after the new management it's not even worth the trip. Most of their flavors are out of stock and have been for months, the customer service is nice but the policies they have to follow from the management are asinine. Every time I've gone in there, there's only 1 person working. They also recently increased prices for smaller cups. I can not recommend this shop as there are so many other options that give so much better quality. Their phone number is also shut off so you are unable to contact the store for anything.

10/16/25 ☆☆☆ First visit. It was ok...girls were nice, however the cost for two med size (that they called large's) was almost $13.00 yeah I'll pass. For context I got a Raspberry Tea and a Cherry Lemonade. Both were just ok, nothing to get excited about. No special add ins or anything. I'll stick to HTeaO...

Strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba was delicious, I’ve had it in San Diego, but I do have to say this one was absolutely delicious and the employees were super friendly.

The staff was amazing and friendly. Gave me a good combination and we loved it. This will be my new favorite spot. So many options. The popping Boba is my favorite!
