I've been to Cha Time a few times and the experience and service are always top notch! Today Micah served us and he did an outstanding job! I brought someone who has never tried Boba and he helped walk us through each step of the drink with kindness and consideration, even being kind enough to let my friend sample a Boba pearl! We will definitely be back! ☺️💕

So glad we decided to stop in today, first time coming here. Customer service was on point, the woman who helped us was very polite & knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. She was the only one working & it was quite impressive how quickly she got our orders made while also taking care of other orders. The teas were super delicious also, we will definitely be back!

My first visit to this place made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Very good and nice service, the drinks are super unique and delicious! Orders didn’t take long and came out relatively quick. I will be visiting again!😸

Best boba place in Mobile!! Their tapioca balls are cooked to perfection and you can’t go wrong with any flavor drink! The service is amazing and they give the best recommendations for the drink that best fits your cravings. I tell everyone to go here!

I am a HUGE fan of Boba Teas. This place has the experience down pack. When I first entered, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. I wear anime hoodies often, and the lady automatically knew the Naruto hoodie i was wearing. So that was a great customer to service conversation. She showed me the menu and I already knew what I needed to try. The brown sugar latte boba. It was FANTASTIC! She helped me register and sign up for reward points as well on next visits. I left and brought friends back after work and then tried the Hawaiian Fruit tea and it was SO flavorful and delicious. Definitely give this place a try, it will not disappoint. Also, especially for the fruit teas, I would suggest the Aloe Vera topping as an add on. Trust me.
