Just had an amazing experience here speaking with Nathan, who let me nerd out about coffee with him and gave me some great recommendations. Took home a 4 pack sampler he made for me custom. I’m super excited to get into them.

Even their half-caffeine Low Beam delivers a smooth cup with none of the bitterness or chemical taste often associated with decaf. Phonograph instant coffee is shockingly flavorful. Sometimes in life, you are honored enough to encounter someone who is living out the passion that God put inside them. My wife and I recently took at class here, and got to meet Maria. What can I say but... WOW. The class was unbelievable (and we will be recommending it to so many people) but what took it over the top was the opportunity we got to meet and interact with Maria. She made our day and Edison Coffee is so lucky to have her. Maria, if you read this, please never change and keep chasing after your passions! You light up the room and we can tell that you are living out the dream that God has for your life. Thank you for being so inspiring!!

I have a monthly coffee subscription and my order this month was lost to another state (courtesy of the post office), but Nathan was so kind to send me a fresh batch of coffee PLUS an extra bag....none of which I asked. So kind, excellent service and quality coffee all the time!! Thank you!!

The coffee shop portion of this place has closed. It’s just a roastery now with some merch. The merch is cute and worth stopping in for. You can also buy bags of coffee. The lady who helped me was very nice.
