I recently toured this coffee roaster facility and was thoroughly impressed. Donovan was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, walking us through every step of the roasting process with transparency and enthusiasm. You could tell they genuinely care about quality—from sourcing the beans to dialing in each roast profile. The space itself was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed for both efficiency and consistency. Most importantly, the coffee was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and clearly crafted with expertise. It’s inspiring to see such dedication to the craft in a local operation. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great coffee and the art behind it. As a cherry on top, Donovan made me the absolute best Cappuccino I've ever had, and that's not all - you must try their decaf! It's the best and most flavorful cup of decaf coffee you will ever try!

If you’re serious about coffee, look no further. This is hands down the best small-batch roaster I’ve come across, and the customer service is next-level. You can tell they genuinely care about their craft and their customers, which is rare these days. I had the chance to try a decaf sample, and all I can say is that it was unbelievable. Full flavor, smooth finish, and none of the flat, lifeless taste most decafs have. Honestly, it drinks like a premium regular roast. I’m really hoping they make it available for sale soon because it’s easily the best decaf I’ve ever had. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Great people, great coffee, zero regrets.

I ordered a 5lb bag of Huehuetenango Guatemala from this local roaster on a Tuesday night, it was roasted Wednesday and I received it via UPS on Thursday. I just brewed my first pot in my Moccamaster drip machine and it's so delicious! Very fast roasting and shipping. I will definitely be ordering again!

Donovan was beyond helpful when I needed some great coffee selections last minute for a gift. He personally delivered them to make sure I received it on time. Coffee was so good that we have decided to begin purchasing it for our office use. Being able to work directly with a local roaster to create our own blends is amazing!
