Beyond the excellent specialty beverages, Pepper Park nails the full package with genuinely good breakfast burritos, freshly warmed pastries, and a staff that treats every customer (and their dogs) like they actually matter. It's the rare neighborhood spot that executes equally well on coffee, food, and hospitality without trying too hard.”

Strong matcha and tea selection, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Dog friendly. Family friendly. Parking available. Drive-thru.

A gem of a spot! Tucked in fairly well so keep that GPS on for the first visit. Food tasted good and the employees really seemed to get along well with the customers. They also have loose leaf tea and sell local honey which is right up my alley!
