This place never disappoints. My favorites are the Georgia Peach and Razzle Dazzle tea bombs and the strawberry cheesecake protein shake. And of course I can never walk out of there without either a protein ball or donut. I really appreciate how the staff are always helpful and friendly.

The employees are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed in the taste and quality of my shake. For the price, I expected better. Seems like a nice place with comfortable seating, but the rap music that was playing as I waited (longer than expected) had constant profanity. I wanted to leave the minute my shake was done.

I wanted to try something different than Tropical Smoothie Cafe and so soo happy I did. The owner was phenomenal on helping me choose something and even said if I didn't like it she would make me something different. Which was not necessary! I chose the banana cream pie protein shake! Yummmmm!!!!!!! Oh it is soo good. Its great to have something that is sweet but not unhealthy for you. They have so many other options for smoothies. You gotta try em out!! I came here from out of town. I wish there was a place like this where I lived. The service was great and my smoothie was fresh, flavorful and exactly what I needed! Later I got a razzle dazzle and it was very refreshing. Highly recommended!

Mixed Up Nutrition is hands down one of my favorite spots! Their tea bombs are seriously next-level super refreshing, packed with flavor, and perfect for a midday pick-me-up. I tried two different kinds today and they were both amazing. Plus, the staff is so sweet and welcoming—it always feels like you’re being greeted by friends. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Cute vibes, great drinks, and even better people. Highly recommend!
