Detroit Perk Coffee House

I love how you enter through the coffee shop and go through the bookshelf to enter the brunch room to go sit to eat. I like the dp French toast but next time I go I would like to try the breakfast bowl or the breakfast sandwich. Definitely try the smoothies they are so refreshing too.

I come here every day, and it’s more than just great coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and comforting. I’m always greeted with kindness and respect, and they even know me by name and it really feels like family. Consistent, cozy, and full of good energy. Detroit Perk is hands down my favorite place to start the day. Shout out to Aya and Mohammad (the siblings) for always going above and beyond for my order!

Double checked if there would be cardamom in this spiced chai drink twice before buying and asked for light ice. Half of the cup was full of ice and I got the biggest sip of cardamom. On top of that an iced chai I was charged $9.00 for!!!! I would rather support the zios and get Starbuck for half the price.

We had the pleasure of hosting a mobile coffee cart from Detroit Perk at our PD Carhartt Holiday Party, and it was an absolute hit. The coffee was enjoyed by everyone—my personal favorite was the strawberry refresher! The Detroit Perk team provided kind, professional, and exceptional service throughout the event. When their cart didn’t fit in the elevator, they quickly adapted, improvised, and set up a perfect space on the first floor without missing a beat. The customized cups were a special touch. Their flexibility and positive attitude truly stood out. I would highly recommend Detroit Perk for any corporate event or celebration—they helped make our event extra special. ☕✨

May the love of food and atmosphere be with you when you go to this place absolutely amazing! It's almost like a little speakeasy brunch spot. You go in through the coffee shop. They have a door that has books on it. You push it and thats the restaurant . The Coffee was to die absolutely amazing! Definitely will go back. I'm telling all my friends about this place.
