The Porch Health Bar

First off my food was great. I got an Açaí bow. Service was good, they were busy but my order was taken in a timely matter and I received my order pretty quickly for how busy it looked. The restaurant has a nice environment. It was clean and and had a homey feel. I did notice bible verses around the restaurant... this did not bother me. I feel like people should be able to express themselves anyway they want. What did bother me was a man walked up to me and started to talk to me about my relationship with Jesus and called me a sinner. I tried being polite and ending the conversation it this man kept going on about how I was a sinner. This is what bothered me. I was going to sit and eat in the restaurant but once I got my food I got up and left in fear this man would continue telling me I need Jesus and I'm a sinner not knowing me at all. To me this isn't what Jesus would want and as a customer I want to eat my food in peace. I'm wondering now if this a normal thing in this restaurant or not. I enjoyed reading the bible verses honestly. I just hate feeling like I'm being held hostage and I'm pretty positive this isn't what Jesus would want people to feel when approached about Jesus.

Doris is the best !!!!! Açaí bowls are amazing, please come by and consider trying something, the atmosphere and calming space is so welcoming. Yamada and the family. We love you guys at The Porch!!!

The Porch hosted a birthday party, and it was nothing short of incredible. Hands down, the best sandwiches I have ever had. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of life, the kind of place you instantly want to linger. Every person working there was wonderful, and Doris, the manager, truly went above and beyond. You can feel the care, joy, and intention behind everything they do. If you haven’t been yet, you absolutely need to come try the food. The best part? The place is filled with the Holy Spirit. You don’t just leave full, you leave refreshed.

Their food and drinks are amazing. Kyle was great and even said an amazing and God inspired prayer for us! Thank you for all the blessings!

Where do I begin? The Porch Health Bar is more than a place where you can grab an amazing coffee, delectable breakfasts lunches and bakery items, cleansing juices and gut saving Kombucha but irrefutably a home away from home! Colby, Kyle, Sarah, Ollie, and last but most certainly not least Doris bring a joyfully welcoming presence to this here place of tranquility and/or focus. So come through to an establishment where people are treated with the Love of God! You’ll be asking yourselves ‘where have I been going for all my ^previously mentioned* selections and high-vibe experiences all my life’? Thank Jesus its better late than never though🙏🏽 bless
