Crema's Take
“I appreciate you sharing this, but I need to let you know that Innovend Partners appears to be a vending machine parts and repair vendor, not a coffee shop. The reviews discuss equipment repairs, shipping costs, and mechanical services rather than coffee, beverages, or café experiences. I'm designed to write summaries for specialty coffee shops, so this business falls outside what I can authentically describe. If you have a coffee shop you'd like me to profile instead, I'd be happy to help!”

Shane and the entire VE Solutions staff provide the best service. Highly recommend
Vendors exchange provides nothing but exceptional service. They provide great customer service, fast part repairs, and affordable services. Their equipment is top notch and the best of the best. Shane the route driver is for my area is always communicating pickup times and goes the extra mile. They offer pretty much every service like bill acceptor, coin mechanic, control board, refrigeration repairs, and their revision doors makes machines look brand new.
I sent in a cooling unit for repair of a DN 5800 cooling unit near the beginning of the year. This was initially sent in around mid-December (2534097), and repaired. It had a repair list with parts and labor included and arrived around January if I remember correctly, due to some shipping issues. This unit did not cool when returned to me. I called and spoke to customer service which transferred me to E.R.D., which had me speak to a part specialist and refrigeration. He walked me through the product protocol to ensure it wasn't cooling down effectively, such as plugging it in by itself, and seeing if it cooled down after 20 - 30 minutes, which it did not. I explained the situation thoroughly too him, and even placed the item back in the DN-5800 to ensure it wasn't an issue by itself, and it still failed to cool. I spoke to the representative and he suggested returning it for warranty work. I sent back the item for a warranty work return (2537017), around the early february time frame. About the first week of March it was returned to me, and checking the online invoice, it stated 'warranty repair', no other specifics. I received the box with what appeared to be significant damages to the package, and two holding/retaining screw portions broken off. I will attach those photos. Once again, I set the cooling unit up by itself and plugged it in. After 30 minutes or so, the item still did not cool. The cooling coils did not drop below room temperature nor did the cooling apparatus drop in temp either. Just to make sure it wasn't an issue being plugged in by itself, I reinstalled it in the machine, it still failed to cool, and the compressor became extremely hot. I called customer service, to which they had a supervisor ask if it was a probability that the issue lay with my DN-5800, rather than the cooling unit, which I explained the protocol the parts specialist asked me to do last time. After this consideration, they were going to have the refrigeration department call me back to speak to me about the issue. Later on 3/14 I received a call stating that refrigeration was not in on that day and would call me back as soon as they could. I have still not received a call from them at this time. It is now 4/29/2025 and I have left several emails, submitted a support ticket, and a few voicemails with no return calls. I am incredibly disappointed with VE solutions and will not be using them again. I spent $700 on shipping, and $680 on a 'repaired' cooling unit that doesn't even work.
Used to be such a good source for vending machine parts but they recently started overcharging on shipping. A small $3 part cost $30 to ship. It fits in an envelope. Wait it gets worse: they shipped 5 of the 10, then 2 weeks later, shipped the other 5 with another $30 shipping fee. This company is a scam. Buyer beware!
Terrible service! Had two coin mechs rebuilt and the first one didn't even need to be re built, I just needed to re program it. I realized that because when they "repaired" it and shipped it back, it was doing the same exact thing I thought was an issue. Did a search online and I re programmed it within 2 hours. To top it all off, Coins are now getting jammed when they weren't before. That one cost me around $110 all in all. Almost impossible to get into contact with someone in billing to correct issues. Spent weeks trying to track the billing department down. Also, their "warranty" is actually pretty sad. They charge you for shipping both ways for them not fixing the issue the first time. 2nd coin mech we had rebuilt took another send back to finally be corrected. Makes me wonder if these are even tested before being sent back? Terrible. Just terrible. Will definitely not be doing business with them again.
