Crema's Take

This welcoming Bend café crafts thoughtfully balanced espresso drinks with creative signatures like their celebrated cajeta latte, while their baristas genuinely love talking you through flavor profiles and options. Beyond stellar coffee, Almadorada shines for its inclusive vibe—genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly with abundant seating for lingering—and an impressive kitchen turning out authentic empanadas (vegan and gluten-free included), chilequiles that rival Mexico City versions, and a full breakfast menu that keeps both coffee purists and food lovers coming back.

Amazing spot for vegans! The mushroom empanada was delicious with rich flavor and a hint of spice but not over the top spicy. The coffee was excellent and there were tons of non-dairy milk options. I got the mocha and the chocolate they used was top notch.

The coffee has been delicious every time I have gone. The barista has been very informative and helpful explaining their drinks and flavors. They have unique drinks but can also make any traditional coffee requests. I appreciate the inclusive atmosphere as well as the books and coloring options.

I really enjoyed my cajeta latte and soyrizo empanada in this cafe. So tasty! The environment is welcoming, they have quite a few seating options, and the space is cery lgbtq+ friendly. I will be back!

Fantastic! My new downtown fave. Coffee was robust and flavorful and the chilequiles are just like the ones I've had in Mexico City. They also had empenadas both in gluten free and vegan options. What a nice break from the usual muffins and scones and cookies. The space was quiet enough for a laptop. A cushy chair would make it better, but it's a small space. The owner was very cool to chat with me about their dearly departed doggo too. They knew the regulars names and orders when folks walked in. Sure there are some rainbows in the decor... but you can go here and totally abide as a straight dude too. But that's just like my opinion man.
