“Pinkriver fires up a wood-fired parrilla outside on weekends that fills the whole shopping center with smoke and the smell of properly charred Argentine beef, and the coffee is a solid organic pour that doesn't pretend to compete with the real star of the show. The empanadas and short ribs are genuinely excellent, the staff (especially Cecilia and Thomas) actually care about your experience, and the whole vibe feels like someone transported a proper Buenos Aires asado spot to Aventura. Skip it if you're just after a quick cortado, but come hungry and thirsty if you want one of South Florida's best arguments for Argentine food done right.”
