Crema's Take

Early Bird Coffee transforms a former chain location into a genuinely inviting neighborhood gathering spot with thoughtfully crafted specialty drinks that go beyond the usual—think rosemary lavender matcha and horchata chai alongside their reliable cold brew and creative signature offerings. The space itself draws you in with aesthetic touches like accent walls and plants, while the consistently warm service and solid pastry selection make it equally appealing whether you're settling in for a slow sit or grabbing something quick with family.

First visit to Early Bird. Years ago (over a decade) this was another national coffee shop (name intentionally omitted) and this is much brighter, much friendlier and inviting and was wonderful. I had a large chai, as my visit was an afternoon social meeting and I had already had my 32 oz of coffee at this point. It was great. Warm latte, not too hot and not too sweet. Easy ti immediately start sipping and. Enjoying. I’ll be back and recommend to anyone, with wonderful inside and shaded outside seating.

I've only been a couple of times but their drinks are good, I've never had a bad experience from their service and the shop itself is really cute. Obviously it's a local coffee shop so they may not have the options as a huge chain in terms of alternative options, but they still have a good variety. I guess the only downside is the expense of drinks but it's worth paying for a local shop, so no stars taken for that. If you want a coffee shop with creative options that's family owned, here's your go to. I got a latte with banana syrup and banana cream on top, stunningly good. Not too sweet either but I got half the amount of syrup.

Love love love it here! First time. We got to try the rosemary lavender matcha iced and a surprise coffee for my husband along with a tomatoe rosemary pastry. Service - 10/10. The gentleman at the cash register said he was owner. Very patient. Super informative, too. Also made it a point to mention that if we were not satisfied we can let his team know and will fully remake our drink to our liking. Didn’t have to come to that during our visit. We loved our drinks and the pastry! Will be coming back for sure if we are in the area. About an hour drive for us but super worth it!

First time visiting this coffee shop and fell in love! Already can’t wait to go back next weekend to try another flavor latte. This spot is so aesthetically pleasing- love the accent walls and plants! The coffee was AMAZING! We had the Horchata latte and vanilla honey latte as well as a berry danish. Staff were so friendly, helpful, patient and gave me a sample of the horchata milk to try! There was a long line which was a sign of how amazing this place is, line moved quickly. Update- We have been back multiple times and have tried so many different hot and cold lattes and they are all delicious! The line continues to grow each time we visit which is a blessing for their business!

They have some great selection, the drinks that I ordered were the mixed berry Matcha and a horchata chai and they were great. The mixed berry Matcha was so interesting cause the hits of the berry and it had a great balance of sweet and earthy flavors. I ordered 2 danishes, an egg and berry danish the egg danish was seasoned quite well, it was a little heavy on the seasoning but great flavor none the less, and the berry was just the right amount of sweet with the flavor of the bread. :) Was a little pricy but the sizes and flavors were worth it. Love to try more stuff on their menu next time.
