Crema's Take
“Sosta is a beautifully designed Flagstaff spot where craft coffee drinks and pastries shine alongside a carefully curated breakfast and light food menu. The atmospheric space excels as a gathering place with genuinely warm service, though opinions diverge on whether the food's artful presentation and generous portions justify the price point. Whether you're lingering over a specialty drink or catching up with friends, this is a place that clearly prioritizes the full sensory experience over pure value.”

Such a beautiful establishment with amazing service and food! The breakfast sandwiches are generous in portion size and flavor. The craft coffee drinks & pastries are delicious and always beautifully presented. The ambience is so refreshing and a great place to plug in and get some work done if needed. This is our go-to place for breakfast and lunch, and can’t wait to try their dinner soon.
Staff is really nice, atmosphere is nice, food isn’t worth the money. $16.50 for a potatos and egg in a tortilla. $3.50 more for bacon on it. Your money goes into the aesthetics, not the food. I hope their employees get good pay.
Absolute 10/10 across the board. The food was amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Service was fast, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and our food came out impressively quickly without sacrificing quality. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. Hands down one of the best café experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend! Serving size was huge I could only eat half my breakfast burrito.
Very disappointed overall. The pastas were blah and the sauces had absolutely no flavor. The decor was not attractive and restaurant didn’t have a good vibe at all. I will say the only positives were the salads. Hopefully they can turn it around a bit. The place was solid back in the day when it was called Brix (I believe) flagstaff is known for its culinary experiences too.
Beautifully-decorated and charming restaurant. We dined there and order the burrata caprese & focaccia to start. It was delicious and a gorgeous presentation. For entrees, two of three of us ordered the spicy rosmarino pasta. It was, unfortunately, way too hot. I love spicy but I never enjoy a dish that is so hot that you can’t appreciate the flavors. We couldn’t taste the homemade noodles or herbs. There were other patrons around us who also said that it was incredibly hot. I told a server and she stated that she tried it and it was too hot to her. So, hopefully in the future, it won’t be insanely hot. You’re welcome 😉 I also had a nice, spiced hot chocolate with a splash of bourbon and creamy gelato for dessert. I’d return but try another pasta dish.
