“Parkrose's thoughtfully curated space and creative signature drinks like their pistachio and rose latte make it worth the detour if you're flying out of PDX or need a genuine third place that actually cares about community. The owner's genuine warmth sets the tone for efficient, friendly service, and there's plenty of room to linger over excellent pastries and a full breakfast menu without feeling rushed. Fair warning: they can get slammed during peak times, but the quality of both coffee and space justifies a return visit.”
