Crema's Take
“This IKEA café operates more as a quick-service grab-and-go spot than a specialty coffee destination, serving traditional drinks in a bustling food court setting alongside Swedish meatballs and pretzels. While the coffee itself tends toward the standard and occasionally bland, the real charm lies in the spacious, family-friendly environment where you can fuel up between exploring the showroom's room displays and plant selections. It's the kind of place where coffee is practical sustenance rather than the main event, but the clean, well-organized setting and surprisingly decent pretzel selection make it a solid pit stop for IKEA shoppers.”

I’ve been a loyal IKEA member for decades, both here and while living abroad, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. When I went to get coffee, both coffee dispensers were completely empty and the station was messy. Several customers, including myself, chose fountain drinks instead since there was no coffee available. A staff member then told us that the mug was only for coffee and that we needed to scan and pay to use another machine, while she’s standing next to empty coffee dispensers. The issue was not the policy itself, but the attitude and tone used. The interaction came across as accusatory rather than helpful, and it lacked basic hospitality and customer care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as a more respectful and understanding approach would have made the situation completely different.
Outstanding quality in a loveseat sofa from Ikea! Recently I purchased a Kivik brand loveseat via Ikea online. This turned out to be a wonderful experience. The delivery process, craftsmanship, fabric & wood materials, ease of assembly & actual usage experience are excellent. Great value & superlative all-around experience.
Loved this IKEA location. Lots of departments. Love the plants and wide mix of furniture options to explore. Love that everything is on two floors.
IKEA was an amazing experience. Visited in New Haven, CT. It was really good, has a very clean food court, and the entire complex wowed me in its set up of its housing displays with the rooms and layout. Very family friendly, and also has a kid's zone which is pretty cool. Can't wait to visit again!
Overall good selection. The bistro did was slightly bland, but the candy selection by checkout was a fun surprise. The pretzel was large and nicely salted. Skip the hot dogs and go to the actual restaurant area, the entrees are reasonably priced and much better quality than just the hot dogs/pretzels in the bistro
