Naga Tea USF Rocky's Hideaway

The sign advertising that Boba is included with the brown sugar milk tea is misleading. Management — I believe her name was Anna — was unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue, claiming that USF would not change the sign. They also refused to remake the drink or offer a refund because the order was placed through an external site. This is still false advertising, and it creates a negative experience for customers who reasonably expect the drink to include Boba. The attitude I encountered felt rude and entitled, which is disappointing, especially for a place serving students on campus. This should be a positive and welcoming experience, not a frustrating one.

I love these tapioca, they’re nice and chewy. ❤️ Some good tea as well. 👍

Great boba! Unfortunately they are regularly out of like all of their milk options, which is really annoying. But besides that I can’t complain! Service is quick and the orders are accurate.

Drinks are great, but for some reason guys add too much ice, like lice is literally from the bottom to the top, even when you order less ice. Please do something about it
