The sign advertising that Boba is included with the brown sugar milk tea is misleading. Management — I believe her name was Anna — was unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue, claiming that USF would not change the sign. They also refused to remake the drink or offer a refund…

Great boba! Unfortunately they are regularly out of like all of their milk options, which is really annoying. But besides that I can’t complain! Service is quick and the orders are accurate.
Drinks are great, but for some reason guys add too much ice, like lice is literally from the bottom to the top, even when you order less ice. Please do something about it
