“Piecewise nails the fundamentals that most coffee shops fumble: their espresso is consistently smooth and caramel-forward, never bitter, and they treat milk alternatives seriously (their oat milk lattes are legitimately good). The CoJo—their signature drink—has people driving 20+ minutes out of their way, and the spacious, atmospheric room makes it equally comfortable for solo work sessions or lingering with friends. This is genuinely one of the few spots in the area that executes specialty coffee with real care.”

There was good basic cafe food. The cheese and chive bagel was really good, even though I couldn't finish it there. The matcha was also very good and they had solid options. Even when it was full, it was easy to just relax and read my book.
