Crema's Take
“This sparkling new San Diego spot is a love letter to espresso craftsmanship, where the baristas dial in single origins with real precision and aren't afraid to get creative with flavor combinations that go far beyond the usual menu. The vibe is intentionally calm and welcoming—clean, thoughtful, and staffed by people who genuinely seem happy to be there, making it feel less like a caffeine pit stop and more like a neighborhood gathering place worth lingering in. Pair your expertly-pulled shot with one of their delicious house pastries and you'll understand why coffee nerds and casual visitors alike are already singing its praises.”

Awesome addition to the neighborhood! Delicious pastries and coffee with lots of great, unique combinations of flavors. Line is still a bit long having recently opened, but they move quickly and quite frankly, it's worth waiting for and I'm not a big wait in line kinda gal. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere is simple and bright, nice clean design.
Good to see a new cafe in place of what used to be our favorite coffee shop, Hawthorne. While it was sad to see our favorite spot closing down, it’s great to see a new one opening up. Clean, new coffee shop with upgraded design and decor. Staff were super friendly and focused to make sure they are delivered quality product and great service. We tried the vanilla latte and salted maple latte. Vanilla latte was perfect. Salted maple was good too but not as good as the vanilla latte 😀 the kouign amman was fantastic. Highly recommend this new spot and hope they will keep up the good work. Will be back in a week and will update accordingly ;) ————— Back a week later and still AMAZING
One of the best coffee shops in San Diego. The coffee was excellent! I’m a huge coffee nerd and they did not disappoint. I got an Americano with the single origin espresso It was perfectly dialed in and had just the right amount of sweetness. The line was out the door at 7am and after a quick visit I understood why. The service was very friendly and went above and beyond. Will definitely be back. The design was also excellent. Nice aesthetic!
Amazing beverages. I got matcha, ice coffee, and hot chocolate. All were soooo yummy! It was busy, so you really just have to be patient. The staffs are ALL SO KIND and tentative. They are truly happy people which makes amazing drinks and pastries!
Love this new coffee shop in town! Very clean, super calm atmosphere and you can tell they not only care about the drinks & pastries they serve, but the people who stop by - this was made clear this morning after they remembered my name even after the hundreds (if not more) people they’ve served in the last few days! Be patient & ready to wait in a (quick) line, it’s worth it.
