Terrible customer service. I received a defective product and contacted them three weeks ago. A couple of days later, I got a response saying they were working on my request—but since then, complete silence. No updates, no follow-up. I’ve reached out several more times and still haven’t received any response. I’m honestly relieved that the item I ordered was inexpensive, so the loss is minimal. I wouldn’t recommend taking the risk of ordering from them—especially expensive items. If something goes wrong with your coffee machine or grinder, you may end up dealing with the issue entirely on your own.

Found espresso coffee shop online during the pandemic when I was searching for a BWT water filter with cartridges (reduces mineral buildup inside the espresso machine). Of course I had to order some coffee beans. Nice selection, smooth and mellow while also retaining a rich mouthfeel. When I wanted to buy more coffee, all the tariff stuff was happening ... then I saw they were opening a store inside the USA. I placed an order - there was a glitch and it didn't arrive - plus i missed some emails as they landed in spam. Making my short story long ... Alain was very helpful getting my order resubmitted along with my discount and it arrived in a few days. Enjoying dialing in the beans to get that perfect shot: slowly coalescing from the bottomless portafilter as it fills the cup with espresso and a lovely crema cap. Chef kiss!
I recently purchased an espresso machine from ECS online store, and overall it was a great experience. The first machine unfortunately arrived damaged, but when I contacted customer service, Alain — the representative who helped me — was incredibly professional and responsive. He immediately arranged a replacement and made sure everything went smoothly. The new machine arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The espresso machine works beautifully, and I really appreciate how the company handled the situation with care and efficiency. Highly recommend both the product and their customer service!
