Crema's Take

This beloved Salt Lake City spot feels like a thoughtfully elevated soda fountain where specialty coffee drinks share the spotlight with creative sodas and matcha creations that keep locals coming back weekly. The warm, dog-friendly space strikes that perfect balance between a casual neighborhood hangout and a destination worth seeking out, especially for their standout medicine ball tea and overnight oats, plus it's one of the rare soda shops open on Sundays. It's the kind of place where families linger, regulars have birthday traditions, and the team remembers to toss dog biscuits to four-legged visitors.

Louie appreciates the kind distribution of dog biscuits. His people love the protein balls and shakes, vanilla soy matcha, and rice krispie treats on birthdays. Everyone agrees on overnight oats with chia and banana!

Think soda shop but elevated! Crema is our go-to (and one of the few soda shops open on Sunday). Service is always great, and we love the cute space!

Best medicine ball tea! So yummy in the cooler months. I love all the sodas too and the prices are right!! I will say the sugar cookies are kind of sad. Very small and thin. Would love if they redid the recipe on these. But they taste good. Never too busy here, cutest little atmosphere. I’ll never stop coming to crema!!

I was around this area, and saw this really cool place to grab a coffee, it was ok, it felt like drinking at a Starbucks, which is not bad. The pastries looked really good but were too sweet. Parking is on the back of the building.
