Joe & The Juice

They take insanely long no matter if theres 5 people they have no sense of urgency, you have to have an insane amount of patience to order here which is annoying because i actually enjoy their food especially sandwhiches. Unfortunately, if their time management was better i wouldnt have any complaint. Please fix it

i used to love this place, but lately something is always wrong with my orders. i normally order thru delivery service and my past 3 orders are constantly wrong. i always get the same honeybun latte and when its made right it’s delicious. but lately i would get it with no syrup so it was really bitter, today i got it hot instead of iced. and its just upsetting since the prices also went up. so its definitely not worth those 9 dollars that i’m paying to always get my order wrong. just posted this review, opened my sandwich and noticed that they mixed up the sandwiches too. so i got 2/3 things wrong, but the bag says my name, so its not the mixup from the delivery side

This place was one of the best parts of my stay at The Loews. The staff here is so friendly and helpful to the customer experience. It's in a convenient location, the juices and smoothies are great, and the staff is super welcome! The seating areas were all a little scattered and unkempt, but nothing major. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this location!

Great cortado. The service was okay. The lady at the desk was trying to be nice but it was shown as very forced. Such as what we see the Gen Z memes online. Nice decoration but weird set up with the kitchen so open. My favorite is Grumpy’s coffee but this also tasted pretty good. Sweet without having sugar added to it.

Unacceptable. I ordered two Club Sandwiches to go, and the preparation couldn’t have been more disappointing. Zero care went into making them. It’s honestly shameful how they cut corners on ingredients.
