Staff friendliness varies wildly, and the overall experience feels like it's coasting on location and aesthetics rather than reliable execution. Skip it unless you're staying at the adjacent hotel and willing to gamble on getting what you ordered.”

Unacceptable. I ordered two Club Sandwiches to go, and the preparation couldn’t have been more disappointing. Zero care went into making them. It’s honestly shameful how they cut corners on ingredients.
