TP Tea

One of the milk tea places with stronger tasting tea in my opinion. Parking is tough to find because it shares a parking lot with other restaurants. Drinks average around $6 like most other places but their teas have distinct flavors. Their Tie Guan Yin milk tea used to be my go-to drink because of its earthy oolong-esque flavor and they have a 3Q option that comes with 3 toppings of boba, QQ noodles and coffee jelly (although I do think the coffee jelly ruins the taste due to the artificial flavor from the it’s juice). Their velvet lychee fresh milk tea ($6.75) is a solid choice and new flavor – it tasted like a lychee version of the white rabbit candy with less sweetness. I got 50% sweetness and I still thought it was on the sweeter side but I enjoy a strong lychee tea flavor.

The place is nice and comfy but a bit small. The drinks are nice and creamy and fruity. My kids love the smoothies there because they are fresh and quite tasty. The service is quick considering the number of patrons at the shop.

Love that this place has a very large selection of drinks. We've been here many times, and our most favorite is always the sesame iron goddess cube pearl milk tea. The cute pearls are very unique and have great chewy textures. It should deserve 5 stars, but I have to cut off 1 star because of the very limited seating.

Best I had. Is within walking distance from me. I noticed it's so popular the line is always out the door. Now I know why. The boba's soft sweetness is perfect even @ 30% for me personally. They have non-caffeinated drinks, and a different option of milk if your lactose intolerant.
